test.yml: cài openpyxl + python-dateutil (offline test import app module kéo
theo 2 lib pure-Python này ở top-level).
test_employee_uniform_size: anchor npt_dependents → npt_count (khớp
custom_fields.py đã đổi anchor; test trước đó stale).
test_print_formats: bỏ assertion create_vn_employee_profile_print_format
imported (helper nội bộ, không phải lifecycle entry — over-specify).
DEVELOPMENT.md: hoàn tất cập nhật github-flow (sót ở commit trước do lỗi
git add pathspec).
